1. Tickets & Contractual Relationship
1.1 By purchasing a ticket via the website or our ticketing partner, the buyer becomes the contractual partner of the organizer (CRAVE GmbH).
1.2 These Terms and Conditions apply in addition to the ticketing partner’s terms and conditions and to all visitors, including those who obtain tickets via raffles or guest lists.
1.3 For tickets with a fixed event date, there is no 14-day withdrawal right in accordance with § 312g (2) sentence 1 no. 9 BGB.
1.4 Tickets are delivered by e-mail, provided the order is fully completed.
1.5 Tickets are valid only for the event printed on the ticket.
1.6 Resale at higher prices or for commercial purposes is prohibited. Sweepstakes or raffles require written permission from CRAVE GmbH.
1.7 Tickets must not be tampered with. Any manipulation, particularly for the purpose of fraudulent deception, resale under unlawful conditions, or gaining unauthorized access, will be pursued under criminal and civil law and may be reported to the authorities.
1.8 Lost or illegible tickets will not be accepted for entry.
1.9 Severely disabled visitors with a ‘B’ disability mark are entitled to free entry for one accompanying person, provided ID and ticket are presented.
2. Security Checks & Entry
2.1 Entry only with a valid ticket and ID; tickets will be invalidated upon entry.
2.2 A valid ticket entitles entry once only; re-entry after leaving is not permitted.
2.3 Security personnel will conduct body and bag checks; entry may be denied if checks are refused.
2.4 Entry may be denied for important reasons, e.g., carrying dangerous objects, wearing discriminatory clothing, being heavily intoxicated or under the influence of drugs, bringing animals, or using unauthorized recording devices.
2.5 Prohibited items must be disposed of or stored off-site before entry.
2.6 Persons requiring supervision, as well as minors, are not under the organizer’s supervision.
3. Cancellation, Abortion & Program Changes
3.1 The festival may be canceled, interrupted, or postponed due to weather, force majeure, or official orders.
3.2 If the festival is canceled, a replacement date will be offered wherever possible. If this cannot be attended, the ticket price will be refunded (minus system and pre-sale fees). In the event of an abortion after the start of the event, there is no entitlement to a refund, replacement, or compensation.
3.3 The festival may be rescheduled in terms of time or location if execution is impossible or unreasonable. Tickets remain valid for the new date or location, no refund or compensation is due.
3.4 Delays of up to 2 hours must be accepted.
3.5 Program changes: Changes to the program, order, or participating parties may occur and will be announced as soon as possible. There is no entitlement to a refund or compensation.
3.6 The organizer may temporarily clear areas or the entire festival for safety reasons. No refund claims exist.
4. House Rules & Prohibitions
4.1 The organizer has house rights. Security personnel enforce them. Visitors must follow instructions.
4.2 Commercial sales, flyer distribution, or advertising without written consent are prohibited.
4.3 Climbing on stages/constructions, stage diving, and unauthorized access to sections are prohibited.
4.4 Commercial collection of deposit containers is prohibited.
4.5 Violations of the T&Cs or endangerment of others may result in exclusion; no refund of tickets is due.
4.6 Visitors under the influence of drugs may be excluded; no refund or compensation is due.
4.7 Vandalism will be reported to authorities.
4.8 Visitors also commit to comply with the FAQs and behavioral rules.
5. Food, Beverages & Third-Party Products
5.1 Bringing food or drinks is prohibited.
5.2 Food and beverages are offered on-site; deposits may apply.
5.3 Third-party products (incl. vendors, flea market sellers, food & beverage vendors, etc.):
- The contractual relationship exists solely between the buyer and the third party.
- The organizer assumes no responsibility for quality, safety, health consequences, legal compliance, or changes/cancellations.
- Buyers must verify the vendor before purchase and contact them directly in case of problems.
- The organizer may provide contact information upon request but is not liable for third-party products or services.
6. Youth Protection
6.1 Legal youth protection applies; violations (e.g., giving alcohol to under-16s) may result in reporting and expulsion. No entitlement to refund or compensation.
7. Recordings & Recording Devices
7.1 Private photos/videos are allowed; commercial use is prohibited without permission.
7.2 Professional equipment may be refused entry.
7.3 Unauthorized recordings are prohibited; publication may be prosecuted under civil and criminal law.
7.4 By purchasing a ticket, visitors consent to the use of images, audio, and video recordings incl. face recognition for promotional and reporting purposes by the organizer or accredited third parties.
8. Parking
8.1 Parking is voluntary, limited, and subject to its own conditions; fees may apply. No entitlement to use.
9. Liability
9.1 The organizer is liable only for intent or gross negligence; unlimited liability for injury to life, body, or health. No liability for damages caused by third parties or force majeure.
9.2 Visitors are liable for damages caused by themselves or their agents. Visitors must keep the premises clean.
10. Law & Severability Clause
10.1 German law applies; contract language is German.
10.2 Jurisdiction is Bonn.
10.3 If individual provisions are invalid, § 306 BGB applies; the remaining provisions remain effective.
10.4 These T&Cs apply in addition to the terms of the ticket provider (e.g., SeeTickets) and cover all areas not regulated by the ticket provider, in particular house rules, entry checks, program changes, security measures, liability limitations, recording and image rights, and rules for resold or lost tickets.
